CR 1.13.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1264- please refer to online images for best views, as I am unable to fully access the sofa, the frame is in sturdy and stable condition and cushions sit firm and retain form, I note some overall tonal variation to leather, mellowing with lines and creasing, and some scattered small abrasions to edges and seat cushion surfaces, there are a few impressions to rolled arms, and back,  metal tacks show some oxidation on lower sofa, wood legs are intact with light and typical wood wear commensurate with use, overall no major rips, tears or loss observed
