10.2.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1353- In my opinion regarding this lot — please note that I am not an expert on such works and have therefore taken numerous high-resolution images for your review, I am unable to confirm how the cloth panel is mounted to the backing, so do not know if we could safely remove it to be rolled, the textile itself appears overall intact and free of any observed tears, rips, or major losses, the painted surface displays inherent variations in application and thickness, along with some light discoloration and spotting, there are faint vertical lines of color variation along the lower edge where the pigments appear to change, though this may be how the work was made, see images, a few small irregularities or possible runs in the fabric are also noted, the white backing board shows some mild bending though this does not present from the front, the frame is intact overall with only minor surface wear
