9.4.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2330: Please note that we recommend these stairs for decorative use only, I note that the stairs are structurally sturdy, steps appearing secure to side rails and supports, the inset tread remains taut and secure throughout edges, with a couple of minute rubs to the gilded tooling, the finish of the wood with some light tonal variations associated with fading and minor surface wear commensurate with age and use, and there is minute evidence of old woodworm commensurate with origin, please refer to attached images
