11.27.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3225-Both table and cabinet are in sound structural condition, drawers to both slide well and interiors are largely clean, central door opens smoothly to reveal a well-fitted interior with parquetry inlay that continues to floor interior of small inner door, there is some general light and typical light wood wear, rubs, abrasions and small nicks to both table and cabinet, stone inlays show some small losses and light flaws inherent to the stone,  columns on central cabinet door show light adhesive to top and bottom, bronze mounts show some minor inherent pitting, patination and light spotting, all commensurate with use
