9.25.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1265—the sofa is sturdy and structurally sound, the weathered wood frame shows expected tonal variation/sun fading with scattered nicks, rubs, and minor abrasions consistent with outdoor exposure, seat and back slats appear secure with no breaks observed, the cushions are complete with no apparent rips or tears though I note scattered spotting, staining, and some fading, cushions show compression from storage and would likely benefit from cleaning or recovering, please refer to the online images for full views, overall the sofa remains serviceable and presents well, with all observed wear commensurate with outdoor use
