06/26/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 1178- please note that I am not an expert on works by Robert Brackman, I do not believe the work is relined, the surface exhibits craquelure, see images, a UV light examination reveals uneven varnish fluorescence consistent with an aged varnish and/or prior selective cleaning, no extensive overpaint observed under UV light, scattered minor surface accretions and areas of surface grime noted, there is a small imperfection/blemish noted at the lower left, I am unsure if this is a repair, all mentioned commensurate with age, handling and display
