09/10/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT : 2045- the sign is rustic and as described shows evidence of outdoor exposure and is in need of wiring, I observe some bending, dents, separation from the trim/frame, pitting, scattered small nicks/ losses to metal, paint fading and wear with rubs, spotting/oxidation, patination, there are some missing white rings (that surround bulbs), overall the sign is stable exhibiting wear and evidence of outdoor use
