04.21.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3180-  the figure is a lovely and well executed example, she remains overall well preserved, a UV light examination reveals no apparent evidence of major loss or restoration, I note what appears to be a faint stable hairline extending across the forehead and through the left eye, which does not fluoresce under UV light, along with scattered small abrasions, minute chips, and minor divots, and inherent inclusions consistent with the nature of the stone, there are areas of light spotting and surface accretions with some dirt and debris concentrated within the deeper crevices of the base, it would likely benefit from a careful professional cleaning, overall the sculpture remains structurally sound and presents exceptionally well, retaining a strong and refined visual presence consistent with its age and outdoor exposure
