05.28.26-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3292- the desk is in stable and sturdy condition, the top shows only a few minor imperfections with tonal variation, a small area of finish wear at left rear corner, and a very small spot of lifted/wrinkled appearing as stable, carvings are crisp and well defined, I note only some minor wood nicks, abrasions, sparse blemishes and light wood wear, overall all mentioned commensurate with age and use
