Mahogany work table, attributed to Theodore Alexander, late 20th c., having tooled brown leather top with pull-out slide, above frieze drawer and deeper storage drawer, rising on tapering supports, joined by cross stretcher, unmarked, approx 28"h, 16.25"w, 18.25"d
10.23.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2233: I note that the table stands sturdy and appears secure throughout joinery points, leather insets remain securely bound and free from observed losses, peeling, or notable discoloration/ staining, the tone remaining overall uniform, with some minute spotting and creasing commensurate with light use, slide and drawer operate smoothly, the deep lower drawer with some surface grime that would benefit from a gentle cleaning
