03/19/2026- In my opinion regarding LOT 1111: I note that the cabinet is structurally sturdy, with cabinet doors remaining tight on hinges, and the upholstery is securely bound throughout, glass and mirrors are free from observed hairlines/ fractures and visible chipping, the front right leg with lifting of the aluminum inlay (see image), the interior mirror plates with some light spotting and a few spots of minute silver loss, the black upholstery lining the bottom of the interior exhibits spotting between the fabric and the glass (see images), overall the cabinet displays typical minor surface wear commensurate with age and use such as some small nicks to the metal elements, and light abrasions to the upholstery and glass
