4.27.25-4.27.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3270-the étagère is sturdy, the wood frame displays light general wear including some rubs, tonal variation, and minor scattered nicks, the third shelf is missing one tiny decorative metal ball-form finial at central upright, this now is with a simple washer, see image, the wheels operate with slight resistance and would likely benefit from lubrication to facilitate smoother movement, all observed wear is minor and consistent with the age and use of the piece, please see attached images for your review
