2.9.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1235-The structure stands sturdy, I note only some tonal variation, minor wood wear/small losses, particularly noted alonge edges, the top displays some surface wear, minor spotting and natural wood knots, drawers open smoothly, both side cabinets are lacking interior lock mechanisms, the left side panel displays a stable split/seam, all mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use, top and base may be married
