05.17.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 4519: As described there are typical small chips and losses of floral elements, notably one flower belonging to the base that is present but loose and with glue residue from previous repair attempt, as well as typical minor chips to the lace, the enamel and gilt is overall well-retained, and there is loss of an element at the central front edge, after UV light examination, I observe a restoration the neck of the seated figure, the repair is possibly professional as I am unable to see it with the naked eye, only when viewed under UV light, the porcelain sits securely upon the unassociated base (loose upon base, is not fastened), additionally there are paper remnants adhered to the verso of plaque element but I am unsure of its origin or purpose
