10.23.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2236: I note that the structure stands sturdy and appears secure throughout joinery, doors remain tight on hinges, and glass panes are free from visible chipping or hairlines/ fractures, some of the segments of trim framing glass panes with small, stable splits, one segment with some minute lifting but remains secure, marquetry is overall well-preserved and free from observed notable losses, interior is well-kept and the shelving remains sturdy, the back stretcher of the stand with a central split that does not affect structural integrity and remains intact
