CR 8.20.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2237: Please note that I am not an instrument specialist or an expert on guitars, remarks are from a close visual examination of the physical condition only. The inlay is well-preserved and free from observed losses, strings remain tight, interior of sound hole appears well-kept/ clean, and the wood is free from loss or splits, with some very light, minor surface wear commensurate with use, mostly at the sides of body, such as light finish wear and small scuffs or abrasions, please refer to attached images
