07.09.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT 3070: I note that the cabinet stands sturdy, the black lacquered finish is overall well-retained, having typical surface wear concentrated at the medial surface commensurate with age and use such as small nicks and finish rubs, additionally there is a semi-deep abrasion extending from a small, shallow gouge near the front right-hand corner, the back corner of opposite end of medial surface with minute evidence of old woodworm consistent with origin, I note loss of a small segment of trim at the lower right corner of backsplash (see image), cabinet doors remain tight on hinges, and drawer operates smoothly, interiors are overall well-kept/ clean, and the marquetry inlay is well-preserved and free from notable loses, two of the trim pieces heading the turned supports directly below the lower cabinetry having minute glue residue along the seam from a minor reinforcement
