10.24.24-I note that all chairs are presently intact and structurally sturdy, the oak frame appearing secure at all points of joinery, and having typical tonal variations from areas of light sun fading and finish rubs commensurate with use, there is minute evidence of old woodworm activity, and the upholstery of all chairs remains tautly bound throughout edges, all having minor pulls and runs as described, primarily appearing on the top edge of seat back, and some loose threads, all appearing stable at this time, and there is patination of the nailhead trim, the springs under some seats are likely in need of being replaced as several appear lumpy and with weakened coils
