05.28.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 2203: I note both chairs are presently intact and structurally sturdy, with the loose seat cushion fitting comfortably, as described the leather upholstery is worn, including varying degrees of abrasions, scuffs, and peeling, in addition to typical creasing and patination, I observe areas of discoloration, fading, along creases, and minor staining, some areas with surface loss from peeling appear to be touched up
