Condition

05.24.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 2202: The mechanical aspect if the bar cabinet is operational, it the dual hinged flaps on the top are unlocked by the pulling of a latch located under the glazed case, while pulling the lever, the top flaps must be pulled open at the same time and the tray will lift up as the flaps are fully opened, this is easier performed with two people (one pulling the latch, another opening the flaps), flaps and tray lower/ close smoothly, I note that the cabinet is presently intact and structurally secure, and is possibly lacking an element where a silverplate fitting has no corresponding piece, there is tarnish of silverplate elements that would benefit from a polish, the edges of both ashtrays have a couple minute chips to top edges, and one of the cordials has a minute fleabite at the rim, and the decanter stoppers display typical minute fleabites to the bottom commensurate with contact with interior of the decanter mouth during use, the cabinet casters are currently operational and move smoothly, and I observe minor nicks throughout the base
