(lot of 2) French gilt metal mantel clocks, late 19th c., including: (1) having male and female figures flanking harvest motifs, above white enamel dial with Roman-numeral hour markers, time-and-strike movement marked Japy Freres, rising on white marble base, accompanied by pendulum, approx 10.5"h, 12"w, 5.25"d, (1) depicting seated conquistador with head resting on first, above later Veglia dial with battery-operated movement, approx 9.5"h, 9"w, 3"d, 16lbs total
