In my opinion regarding LOT: 3113- the chairs are in stable and sturdy condition, upholstery appears free of noted rips or tears with only a few very minor noted spots, I do not observe any signs of heavy odor, the canning is largely intact, however one chair does have a small loss to upper left, there is some raised cane here, see images, I further note some light picks and imperfections with some tonal variation to caning, possibly sun fading, wood frames are sturdy with typical light abrasions, nicks and minor wood wear, all commensurate with age and use
