06.05.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3440: As described both exhibit tearing to the paper, which do not continue through the canvas backing, I note that both prints are presently intact, paper appears securely mounted to canvas, and both appearing securely encased within frame, the outdoor scene has visible craquelure printed as it appears in the original painting, there are minor flaked losses to the printed pigment, and both have surface wear near the edges, seemingly from a previous frame that had a smaller sight and rubbed against the print, the frames exhibit splits and typical chipping, with minor wear to the gilt
