5.22.26-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1093- the pair are overall sturdy and intact exhibiting wear consistent with age, the upholstery is overall intact with some picks, pilling, scattered spots, a few indentions and rubs/small loss along back edges and arm sides, I do not observe any major rips or tears to the upholstery, likely from contact with the wall, the pair sit well, however, cushions would likely benefit from being replaced as the interior foam has aged and is a bit ‘crunchy’, legs are stable and show only light wear, all mentioned inline with age and use
