10.29.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 3146: I note that both bookcases stand sturdy and appear structurally secure throughout, shelves are study on the accompanying shelf supports, and the painted finish is overall well-retained, with small flaked losses and rubs, which are sparse, as well as light surface staining/ discoloration, all commensurate with age and use, both having minor evidence of woodworm commensurate with origin, and minor surface wear such as small nicks and chips, one with a stable split near the central region of the top of cabinet, cabinet doors remain secure on hinges, and drawers operate smoothly
