10.23.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3145- the chairs are overall in sturdy and stable condition and sit well, frames exhibit some light wear, nicks to frames, rubs with no major loss observed, the upholstery is intact with no apparent rips or tears, I note only some typical mellowing, creasing, tonal variation, slight spotting and marks, and abrasions to seats, all commensurate with age and use
