04.16.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3345- please refer to online images for best views as due to gallery location, the panels are difficult to access, please note that I am not an expert on such works, a UV light examination of each reveals an old varnish layer, some scattered inpainting, small areas of paint flaking, particularly along edges, imperfections to canvas, the work with the maiden and flowers shows a stabilized repair at the upper right, see image, the other shows surface accretions and possible repair at upper edges, please refer to online images for a view of the back, velvet-like borders show some minor loss, crushing and wear, the pair present well exhibiting wear, small losses and imperfections and conservation commensurate with age, handling and display
