10.24.24-I note that the chairs are presently intact and structurally sturdy, the top rail of seat back having typical light seam separation at joinery points but appear to remain stable at this time, the painted finish of the frame exhibits typical tonal variations from areas of light discoloration, and minor chipped and scuffed losses, which are also typical, the upholstery remains securely bound throughout and is currently free from observed tearing, with a light degree of discoloration to the white-ground regions and a couple minute stains, the springs appear to have kept their shape and coil, the burlap batting concealing springs remaining secure at bounding points and having minor loose threads, I observe overall minor surface wear such as small paint scuffs or chips and light abrasions which are typical and commensurate with age and use
