04.21.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 2246- the chairs present in overall stable and sturdy condition and sit well, the frames so have some some give and light play at the joints consistent with use, the upholstery exhibits some discoloration, spotting, minor marks and crushing, wood frames are in a distressed finish with areas of surface spotting, rubs, nicks, and general wood wear throughout, all observed wear is consistent with age and use
