05.24.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3221: I note that all chairs are presently intact and structurally secure, there is light discoloration of the painted frame and some minor staining and typical areas of minor paint loss commensurate with age and use, the upholstery remains tautly bound to the frame and I do not currently observe loose seams or tears to any of the chairs, the upholstery exhibits light staining and discoloration, including one with minor water spotting to the front of the seat and the apron, additionally both of the back legs of one chair have been professionally restored
