4.20.26-In my opinion regarding LOT 2197: please note I am not an expert of silver gelatin prints, upon examination out of the frame, I note that the sheet is hinged along the top edge, I am unsure of the adhesive material, the sheet is free from observed holes, losses, and tears, the lower right-hand quadrant is with a slightly yellowed region with a few small blemishes (see images), the verso is marked in pencil Stockton 13331, board is further marked D. Stockton, however I am unsure what this is in reference to, I do not observe pigment losses throughout the image upon close visual review, the tone remaining overall uniform throughout and free from noted fading, there is light debris in frame, frame is stable and intact with only light rubs and minor wear, commensurate with handling and display
