04.29.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 1180- the structure is in stable and sturdy condition, the top surface shows some finish wear, marks, blemishes and some impressions or nicks along the edges, the case shows light wood wear, marks, a colored area of veneer loss at top right edge, a small loss at foot/base corner, see image and general light wear, please refer to online images for views of the sides as I am unable to view the side panels, doors and drawers operate smoothly, they show some light staining and wear, overall all mentioned commensurate with age and use
