06.01.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 1098- the cabinet is in sturdy and stable condition, I note some small veneer losses along the top platform edge, they have patinated and are difficult to see, the case exhibits minor wood wear, nicks, some wear and loss to pained handles, shelving is stable, it shows ring stains and light wear, all mentioned commensurate with the age and use of the cabinet
