03/16/2026- The structure is in sturdy and stable condition, the case exhibits age throughout exhibiting areas of finish loss, small wood losses, including trim to lower left fall front, lower foot, etc., I note surface mars, tonal variation, some staining (particularly to interior surface) and spotting, the right slide needs to have the pull attached it is present but loose, fitted interior retains concealed drawers, all slide well, the center door shows a large blemish and paint splatter to wood, shelving is stable, lower drawers slide well however would benefit from a waxing to facilitate smoother movement, overall the case shows wear and loss commensurate with its antique age
