03.25.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 2198- the cabinet is in sturdy and stable condition, it exhibits age with some overall tonal variation, rubs, edge wear/ nicks and overall wood wear with some small losses and imperfections, glass panes are intact with no apparent chips or cracks, shelving is stable and adjustable through grooves fitted insides (unusual), there is wear to inner shelving, the fall front operates smoothly, interior shows similar wear and some staining/discoloration, drawers retain a worn paper liner, all commensurate with the age, display and use of the cabinet
