CR-I note that the structure stands sturdy, the cabinet doors remain tight on hinges, and drawers operate smoothly and retain overall well-kept/ clean interiors, overall I observe scattered splits, mostly appearing at the molded trim (see image), which also exhibits some chipped losses with filled concealment, the front right corner of the cornice with a minor glue repair, the cabinet doors with central panel separation and filled reinforcement, the fitted interior with a small segment of trim loss, and there are some small areas of minor finish flaking, please note that as described this structure is believed to be of late 17th century/ early 18th century origin and the described wear is commensurate with such age and use, including typical minor surface wear such as small nicks and chips
