6.15.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1129- the structure in sturdy condition, it exhibits a mellow and warm patina, there are some typical small repairs, minor wood losses, finish imperfections, nicks, scattered light stains and darkened areas, the crest shows some repair and small wood losses, shelving is sturdy and intact, there are grooves to support display plates/chargers, the upper two shelves are approx. 5.25” from back to lip, the lowest is a bit larger at 5 3/8” to lip, the plank top is intact with visible seams, I note some light ring stains, and slight finish wear/variation at the left side corner, see images, from floor to work surface is approx. 36”h, drawers and cabinet doors operate smoothly, all show varied degrees of staining to interiors, there are no shelves present, interior cabinets from back to inner front lip area approx. 17 7/8” to 18” deep, interiors would benefit from a cleaning, overall mentioned commensurate with the age and use of a cabinet this age
