04.21.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 2249- the structure in in sturdy and stable condition exhibiting some wear and loss commensurate with its late 18thc. age, the top surface shows some impressions, lines, wear and loss to the veneer with some lifted areas along the back edge, the center is with some stable lifting/wrinkling, there are some old filled areas along border, wood shows tonal variation, some nicks, wear and stable splits, drawers slide well and interiors show light wear, as pictured the uppermost drawer is lacking a handle, sides have stable splits, the kneehole door opens smoothly and shelving is sturdy
