03/17/2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3104- the table is in sturdy and stable condition, the top exhibiting an alligatored lacquer finish with fine lines visible across the surface, it is otherwise intact with scattered abrasions, rubs and small blemishes, particularly noted along the edges, the tilting mechanism operates correctly and retains its screw, the base exhibits minor nicks wear and surface rubs, all observed wear commensurate with age and use
