03/16/2026- The structure is in stable and sturdy condition, the marble top is intact with an old repair to the left rear quadrant, I observe scattered typical small edge chips/roughness along edges, and some minute small filled imperfections, wood displays minor nicks, rubs, paint wear and minor losses, divided drawer shows a worn liner to interior, all mentioned commensurate with age, use and the rustic nature of the table
