06.03.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT 1182: I note that the desk stands sturdy, and the drawers operate smoothly, the central drawer above the kneehole with old pen and pencil marks at the interior, the others remaining well-kept/ clean, the finish having some slight tonal variations associated with minor discoloration, coupled with typical minor surface wear such as light abrasions, a few minute spots of peeled finish, and nicks concentrated at the corner edges of the kneehole and top commensurate with age and use
