05.30.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3351: I note that the bureau plat is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the inset leather exhibits typical surface wear, including abrasions, wear/ loss to gilt at embossed areas, and one minor tear along the left side edge, the leather remaining securely bound to top, drawers currently operate smoothly, but I am unable to lock the left side drawers likely due to light interior warping of the panel that is not visible from the exterior, there is patination/ oxidation of metal, and typical minor surface wear such as small chips concentrated around drawer edges commensurate with age and use
