Condition

03.17.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 3092: We received this table from our shipper in Italy, but we do not have provenance information beyond this, I note that the table is presently intact and structurally secure, with epoxy and glue reinforcements throughout the tabletop supports and the baluster standard, which are mostly concealed by the marble top, the marble having inherent natural inclusions and fissures, as well as scattered light discoloration/ staining, and some minute fleabite chips and pitting to edge, which is sparse in occurrence, there are typical splits throughout the table base, which appear structurally stable, some having filled reinforcement, one of the peacock supports with several visible glue restorations, there is evidence of old woodworm commensurate with origin, and scattered minor fills and finish touch ups with a tonal variation, I observe typical minor surface wear such as light abrasions, nicks, and small veneer chips commensurate with age and use
