04.30.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 2155- the cabinet is in sturdy condition, I note some minor nicks, small wood losses, rubs and scattered abrasions, glass panes are free of chips or cracks, doors are quite heavy, interior cabinet shelving is intact with some wood wear, from my vantage point, the crown appears properly seated, there is a small imperfection on the left side of the crown at back located under the stepped trim, there is a small area of wrinkling to the veneer, please see images, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
