08/17/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT :  3441- the commode is in sturdy and stable condition, the marble top appears overall intact with some typical minute roughness/chipping along edges with one being bit larger noted to the rear right corner, I further note some old ring stains, light discoloration, and surface wear to the top, the case exhibits a warm and tonal figured patina with some inherent imperfections, knots, minor wood wear and nicks to the case, the drawers slide well, interiors show some light dirt and staining, particularly the lowest concealed drawer, the upper drawer is sectioned, I am unable to view the left side panel, please refer to online images for views of condition, the other is intact with typical stable splits, all mentioned commensurate with the mid-19th century age, origin and use of the cabinet, there is a key present however it does not operate the locks
