04.21.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT 2259: I note that the commode stands sturdy, having separation at the left side panel, as is typical, with filled reinforcement, the drawers operate smoothly, with some small chipped losses with the escutcheons, I observe scattered small veneer chips, some with filled concealment, and a small spot of lifting near the right-hand edge of one of the drawers (see image), the veneer exhibits a fine figuring, with some light fading concentrated at the apron, the marble has an area of fading/ discoloration at the back edge, and natural fissures with filled stabilization to ensure a smooth, solid surface, and typical minor chipping commensurate with age and use
