03.23.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3214-  the structure is in stable condition, the alternating trim decoration on the drawers is unusual, the commode is provincial and rustic in nature, it exhibits a warm and tonal patina, the top is composed of planks that are slightly uneven, there are typical scattered marks, natural imperfections, wood wear, the case displays some minor wood losses, one noted at upper left drawer corner, some nicks, abrasions and rubs, there light evidence of old woodworm, the drawers slide well and interiors show only light spotting and wear, figural handles are interesting and securely attached, I am unable to view side panels, please refer to online images
