1.2.26-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3103- the structure is in sturdy and stable condition, the marble top is intact with some scattered typical small chips, small areas of fill to inclusions and chipping in stone, as described the left rear left corner is intact with a small restoration, and there is a chip under molded front right corner, light abrasions and a few minor stains, the later painted surface on the case is intact with light rubs, transfer, mellowing, and slight wear, this may be intentional to give the appearance of an aged finish, carved elements appear with small nicks and minor losses, drawer slide smoothly, interiors are largely clean with only a few minor stains
