1.2.26-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3105- the nightstand stands sturdy and is in stable structural condition, later painted surfaces show some rubs, transfer, and general minor wear, which may be intentional to give the appearance of an aged finish, the marble top is now fixed to the case, top is intact with a fill repair to left molded side edge and rear right corner, as well as some typical small filled inclusions and imperfections to stone, the drawer and door operate correctly, interiors are largely clean, I have used a flash to illustrate the cabinet interior as the bottom is recessed and a bar is affixed to interior, see images, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
