CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3264- the desk is in stable and sturdy condition, the finish is overall clean, exhibiting sparse nicks, rubs, tonal variation and light areas of wood wear particularly along edges and legs, central surface is intact with minor wrinkling, some small imperfections, pull-out surfaces are stable and slide well, exhibiting some wear and divots, the desk is well-finished all around with faux drawers to one side, drawers slide well, interiors show only light spotting/wear, metal is present and with patination, all mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use
